Currently JULY 2018

Currently 2018

I finally realize what I like so much about doing Currently post. The idea behind these types of posts is to document what you're doing in your life at that moment. It's my "right-now" story. I use it as a moment of self-reflection. I keep a running list of things I currently into in my journal and refer to it often.   It's fun to look back and see how many books I've read and shows I've binged. But, this list is also a great motivator that allows me to check in on my goals for the year.

Is what I'm currently focused on right now in line with the goals I set for myself this year?

My goals are aligned with the  “Level 10 Life” concept from Hal Elrod, author of The Miracle Morning.  (Side Note: I plan to do a proper blog post on this really soon)

Although some of my list this month coincides with my Level 10 Life, most don't.  For now, I'm OK with this. I'm still documenting and writing down what was going on in my right-now life.  I plan to merge the two as much as possible really soon.

This list is long on purpose. It gives me a chance to go through my journal, slow down and  focus on what I'm really up to. Like I mentioned, it's a great reflection exercise.

But for now, here's my right-now story for July.
